I understand it’s not a new phone. I grok that you might stop version updates, and feature upgrades. But if you’re not part of the security solution, you’re a BIG part of the problem. It’s May 2018. October 2017 Security Patch is now 7 months behind, and I’m feeling exposed and vulnerable. And very unhappy. IMO it’s totally unacceptable. How hard is it to push out the security updates that someone else codes? Hint: if it is hard, it you’re doing it wrong.
Sure, I could upgrade my aging, but perfectly usable smartphone, but thanks to your commitment to security and support, it wouldn’t be to a new Motorola device. Nope, you’ve definitely pissed off a customer.
